We offer two primary shipping methods:
Standard/Economy Shipping: Typically delivers within 2–4 business days domestically and 4–6 business days internationally.

Express Shipping: An expedited option for faster delivery, with timeframes varying based on destination.

📦 Packaging & Branding

Orders are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. While the sender's name on the shipping label will reflect our brand.

🌐 International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Local production model often mitigates these fees by producing and shipping orders within the same country or region.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor your shipment's progress either through the provided link or by accessing your order details in your account dashboard.

⏱ Delivery Guarantee

We are committed to timely deliveries. If your order is delayed beyond 5 business days, you may be eligible for a 20% refund. Delays exceeding 10 business days may qualify for a full refund. Please note that this guarantee applies to specific products and regions.

❗ Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days.
